The management policy developed by the Executive Team is founded on the following PRINCIPLES AND COMMITMENTS:
- Our group of companies operates primarily within the Iberian Peninsula, as well as directly with several clients in the French market. Our organisation is firmly committed to environmental sustainability and the generation of stable, high-quality employment, along with ensuring equal opportunities based on talent and merit, rather than gender, across the entire organisation.
- We integrate the principles of quality with respect for the environment, social responsibility, and occupational health and safety, thereby establishing appropriate criteria for their incorporation into the planning of our company’s activities and products. This approach ensures and enhances the satisfaction of both internal and external customers—key stakeholders with whom we actively engage and who play a central role in our management approach.
- We are committed to ensuring that the activities of Zaragozana de Formularios, S.A. (ZAFORSA) and Sistemas de Impresión Industrias Gráficas, S.L. are carried out in strict compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, we actively collaborate in the development of legislation—both sector-specific and relating to broader economic and social frameworks. Our operations also reflect a strong commitment to the prevention of harm and the deterioration of health.
- We seek to design and pre-assess new activities, products, and processes in order to guarantee high standards of quality, reduce environmental impact, and establish appropriate conditions for occupational health and safety, while maintaining these standards across ongoing operations.
- We are committed to continuous improvement through the regular establishment and review of planned objectives and targets. We also promote the transparent communication of business strategies across the workforce, confident that this will lead to greater engagement and enhanced satisfaction among both internal and external customers. Our approach lays the foundation for fulfilling the commitments inherent in Corporate Social Responsibility.
- In addition, our business policy is closely aligned with ethical social conduct in all our external relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Core principles of our organisation within the context of Social Responsibility include: respect for Human Rights under conditions of equality; the promotion of diversity and inclusion; the prevention of any form of workplace harassment, discrimination, or conduct that undermines human dignity; equal pay policies regardless of gender; and fiscal transparency aimed at preventing fraudulent behaviour, corruption, or unfair competitive practices.
